He Has Risen

Mary went to the tomb at the break of the day

And there she discovered the stone rolled away

Where is my Master, where has he gone

The angel said He's risen, now go tell'em at home

Go tell the disciples and Peter too

That the one from Galilee that they all knew

He has risen, He's risen, Yahshua has risen.

Now Mary went a running back to the town

to tell all the disciples what she had found

Yahshua has risen up out of the grave

and Satan was defeated that very day

He's risen, He's risen, Yahshua has risen

Now Mary came upon Him, she fell at His feet

with fear and joy she worshipped her King

Satan had been conquered at Calvary

Salvation had been won for you and me

Because He had risen, He'd risen, Yahshua had risen

Yahshua had risen up out of the grave

And Satan was defeated that very day

When He came forth, He had the victory

and Satan knew that he had to flee

He'd risen, He'd risen, Yahshua had risen

Now Yahshua has risen up out of the grave

and Satan's been defeated for us today

Because He came forth, we have the victory

and Satan knows that He has to flee

Because He's risen, He has risen, Yahshua has risen.
